8For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord. 9For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

If I had a dime for each minute I spend either trying to get life to go MY way, or thinking it SHOULD go my way… well… I’d have considerably more coinage than a wishing well. Perhaps one day I’ll finally understand that my ways don’t, nor do they need to, matter. THE way… HIS way… is all there ever need be.
