Ephesians 4:26-27

²⁶Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, ²⁷and do not make room for the devil.

Heather says:

When I was younger, I could give the silent treatment like a pro. Now that I’m older I keep trying to realize that the silent treatment and angry stretches of time only translate into lost time that is too precious to spend being mad at things that most likely won’t matter in the end. It doesn’t always work for me but this verse at least serves as a jab in my side to snap out of it.
